Ordering
If you want to send gifts to different addresses from your own, please complete a seprate order form for each different delivery address.
Very occasionally, if the technology fails or we make a genuine mistake, your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events.
All items and or Products shown on the website are subject to availabilty.
We will only accept credit or debit cards in the name of the customer. Please make sure that there is enough credit on your card to cover the cost of the order, including the delivery costs.
You warrant that the Personal information which you provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and in particular You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that You are not authorised to use.
PLACING AN ORDER IS LEGALLY BINDING. This does not affect you statutory rights. Please also see "Cancellations" below.
Customers must be agreed 18 or over.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a customer's involvement in a sale from this website if this person, in our reasonable opinion, acts against these Terms and Contions, including non-payment of the ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales.
Refunds on goods (item(s)/product(s)
If you would like to discuss the exchange or return of product(s)/item(s) please go to contact us (customer service).
When returning goods (item(s) and or product(s) on which you have had a discount(s) and/or special offer(s) it no longer apply if special discount/offer ends or if falls below the discount and or special offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Additionally any free promotional gift(s) issued with a order must also be returned if you are returning those goods (item(s) and/or product(s).
If items/products are found to be broken or faulty please contact SooBeautiful Ltd customer service via contact us.
If you’re not pleased with any item(s)/product(s) please return to (SooBeautiful) in good condition within 14 days of purchase. Evidence of original purchase is mandatory,We will be happy to exchange it or send your money back.
Please note SooBeautiful Ltd strongly recommend that you use registered post Recorded delivery when returning item(s) and or product(s).
Out of stock item(s) and or product(s)
If an item/product is out of stock we will contact you within 5 working days of order being placed.
Payments & Deliveries
We only accept payment for orders in £ sterling.
Payments
Payments are required in advance using our Protx credit card payment system. Protx accepts Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, and Visa Electron.

Deliveries
Standard deliveries can be expected within 3 to 7working days of placing an order. We do not deliver outside of the U.K and Ireland.
Delivery prices vary depending on cost of product(s)/item(s)
£2.95 standard delivery 3-7 working days
£5.85 special next day delivery (before 1pm). (please note orders must be placed before 2pm).
For special Saturday deliveries a additional £2 on top of the original delivery price will be added.
Free deliveries for orders over £70 (standard delivery only)
